Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipping costs are dependent on weight and the destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Once your order ships, we can not change the delivery address while enroute.
- Once your order ships, we can not cancel your order.
- We will replace any shipment in which the order gets lost by the postal system before it is delivered. If you have not received your package and the tracking shows delivered, please contact the carrier. We are not responsible for a package once the carrier indicated that it has been delivered.
- Damaged Shipments: If you order breaks or is damaged during shipment you must send an email detailing the condition of the package received and what items were damaged or missing. Include a photo of the damage. Notification of damage by phone is not accepted. We must have written and photo documentation to file a claim. We are unable to send a replacement or refund without this documentation. Notification of damage must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
PO Boxes: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. We need a street address to ship your order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you use PayPal, the refund process is much faster than refunding a credit or debit card.
